SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times: We offer fast and reliable shipping options via post machines or courier services . Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, with expedited options available.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Issues: If there are any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the matter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

1. The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:

2 the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

3. the product must be undamaged by the buyer;

4. the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.);

5. the returned product must be of the same composition as the one received by the buyer - the gifts received for the purchase must be returned at the same time.

4. If the conditions listed above are met, you should fill out a request to return the product and send it to info@balticskin.com 

5. After receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 working days and coordinate the details of returning the product.

6. After receiving the product and making sure that the product is unused, within 3 days we will refund the money to the account you specified.
